Outbound wallet = pay per push
Pre-fund any amount. We debit per WhatsApp or email send at the published rate. No quotas. Refunds on top-ups never used.
3.5% on campaign payouts
Only on payouts from pre-funded campaign budgets — cashback redemptions, deal claims, UGC rewards. Organic foot traffic and Concierge replies carry no fee.
